the ability to view statements and receipts as well as batch and transaction details. Designed and developed
by UBC's IT team, the IMS has been created with a single goal in mind: to provide you with an accessible,
comprehensive interface that caters to all of your business needs.
Download Merchant Statements
View and download all of your merchant statements via the Interactive Merchant System. All of the records available
on the Interactive Merchant System can be displayed in plain-text view for easy printing or can be downloaded to your
computer to be accessed at your convenience.
Online Reporting
The IMS is the most efficient and user-friendly online reporting system available in the industry.
The Interactive Merchant System enables you to view settled transactions from your last 10 batches or all
batches within a specified date range. This tool provides a convenient method of monitoring the details of
your merchant account and is searchable either by date range or credit card number to find individual transactions.
